Shipping policy

Note that Order Processing Times are different and separate from the Shipping Times customers see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. As a policy, once receives notification that an order has been placed we process your order immediately.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note that once processes a customer’s order, any delays in shipping are out of our control.  However we monitor each order to ensure timely processing time and timely shipping time.  We do everything in our power to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped to the customer in the shortest amount of time possible. 

Free Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping offers Free Standard Shipping on all products.

Customers do have the option of choosing Expedited Shipping for an additional charge of $9.90.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please note that actively monitors each order to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.  It is our position that we want all orders to be delivered ASAP.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Any refund monies will be refunded once receives the unused and in its original condition item.  

We cannot accept any returns past 7 days after delivery or if an item has obviously been used.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
